Sales Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of createandcope.co.uk and your purchase of products and services from REBECCA P CANN LTD (trading as Create & Cope and Becky Cann Coaching), Company Number 17139786, registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Papplewick Farm Close, Hucknall Nottingham, NG15 8JS By using our website or purchasing from us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Our products

We offer the following products and services:

  • The Cope Toolkit subscription — a monthly digital subscription providing access to five digital toolkits, the Partner Pack, and a growing content library.
  • The Partner Pack — a digital product available separately or as part of the subscription.
  • The How to Show Up guides — digital downloadable guides.
  • Creative Workshops — in-person ticketed events.
  • Dinner Series — in-person ticketed events.
  • Coaching services — delivered through Becky Cann Coaching, a trading name of REBECCA P CANN LTD.
  • Employer services — talks, handbook, and coaching retainer packages.

    • 2. Prices

    All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed or founding member subscription rates locked at the time of purchase.

    3. Payment

    Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment details.

    4. Digital products and subscriptions

    Your subscription begins immediately upon payment. You will receive access to the web app and all included digital products within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. By purchasing a digital subscription or downloading a digital product you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately. Your right to cancel is set out in our Cancellation Policy.

    5. Founding member rate

    The founding member rate of £15 per month is available to the first 50 subscribers only. This rate is locked for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, the standard rate applicable at that time will apply.

    6. Intellectual property

    All content on this website and within our products — including text, images, toolkits, cards, and guides — is the intellectual property of REBECCA P CANN LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

    7. Disclaimer of liability

    Our products and services are provided for informational and emotional support purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical advice. See our Disclaimer Policy for full details.

    8. Governing law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
