Returns and Refunds Policy
This policy sets out your rights when purchasing from REBECCA P CANN LTD (trading as Create & Cope and Becky Cann Coaching) in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Digital products and subscriptions
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase (the cooling-off period) beginning the day after your order is confirmed. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as our digital toolkits and Partner Pack), you lose the right to cancel once you have accessed or downloaded the content, if you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right upon access. At the point of purchase we will ask you to confirm this consent. If you do not consent, delivery of the digital content will begin after the 14-day cooling-off period.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the subscriber content until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months already paid. See our Cancellation Policy for full details on how to cancel.
In-person events (workshops and dinner series)
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event — full refund.
- Cancellation 7-14 days before the event — 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event — no refund. You may transfer your place to another person with 48 hours notice.
- If we cancel an event — full refund within 14 days.
Coaching services
Coaching sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
