Built from 7 years of lived experience For the fertility community Not a programme, a place Honest. Grounded. Present.

A space to create, a place to cope

The weight of the
fertility journey
is real.

There is a particular kind of exhaustion from the fertility journey. The hours where there is hope. The hours where it isn't. I built Create & Cope for that exhaustion — and for every part of the journey in between.

If any of this is you —

You are in the right place.

You've been in this for a long time. Longer than you thought you would be.
You're tired in a way that sleep doesn't touch.
Some hours you have hope. Some hours you have nothing. You're tired of being consistent.
You've been performing fine for so long you can't remember what not performing feels like.
You're carrying something from the past — a loss that was never fully named — that's still there, under everything.
There is no scale of suffering here. Your experience is your experience. No judgement. No competition for who had it worse.
You had a miscarriage and people implied that because you can get pregnant, it was somehow better. It wasn't. Grief is grief.
You have the statistics open in one tab and tears in the next. The rational mind is welcome here.
You just need somewhere that doesn't need you to be okay.

Both are welcome here — the honesty and the hope.

About Becky

Built from the inside
of the experience.

I spent twenty years building a career in marketing. I also spent seven years navigating fertility treatment — Clomid, IUI, IVF, donor egg conception. I came out the other side. I didn't come out unchanged.

I built Create & Cope to support others going through this journey, a journey we didn’t choose for ourselves but one we find ourselves in. It’s not a programme, but a space to create, whatever that means for you on that particular day, hour or minute… and a place to cope with the weight of it all. Something to reach for on the days when the decision of what to do next is just one thing too many.

"I am not here to fix people. I am here for people to sit with their emotions, to process them in creative ways. Being still, present, and being with others is the focal point."

For employers

Your people are carrying
this through your organisation.

I know what it costs to carry fertility treatment through a working life. Seven years of doing exactly that. I work with employers who want to support their people properly — not just with policy, but with the kind of human understanding that policy alone can't provide.

1 in 6 people of reproductive age experience fertility challenges. 73% say treatment made them less productive at work. 38% consider leaving their jobs. I know what this costs — from seven years of carrying it through my own career.
