What to expect

Each workshop is small. Something to make with your hands: watercolours, Lego, collage, clay. The activity is chosen, the materials are provided, the decisions are already made.

You do not need to be creative. You do not need to be good at anything. The value is in the doing, not what is made.

There is time to talk if you want to. There is no pressure to. You can sit alongside people who understand, make something, and leave feeling less alone in it. That is the whole point.

Location Starting in Nottingham. Other locations to follow as the community grows.
